10 Issues to Fix Before Listing



Provides Realtors with a list of 10 issues to fix before listing or inspection.  If a customer is planning to list, now is the time to fix odds and ends that inevitably end up in an inspection report: water pressure, trip hazards, components which require special “magic” to operate, wiggles, shimmies and shakes, musty basements, slow or clogged drains, dirty fireplaces, toilets, water stains (is the stain active or inactive?), and mystery electrical switches.  Presentation includes high-resolution photos captured from home inspections.  Optional Q&A included.
