Provides Realtors with a comprehensive understanding of seven potential environmental issues, including asbestos, lead paint, radon gas, carbon monoxide, underground storage tanks, septic system, and mold.  Gives Realtors the confidence to address environmental issues and to provide clients with mitigation solutions if any environmental issue is discovered in a home inspection.
